Budget Announced

President Obama offers a preview of his administration's first federal budget. If you've ever planned out your own spending and saving, this is similar, except with a lot more zeroes. President Obama says the proposed budget will help cut down the country's deficit, which could reach $1.7 trillion by Oct. But some lawmaker, both republicans and democrats, say the budget is full of " wasteful spending." Samantha Hayes breaks it down for us.
